Move messages across inquiries

We've spent a lot of time ensuring that email messages from guests get routed to the correct inquiry. We've implemented the same algorithm used by Gmail and other email clients and it works great. I would say that 99.99% of the time we get it correct. However, sometimes you may be messaging a guest across a few of their email accounts or multiple guests about the same booking and you need to move a message from one inquiry to another. Well now we've added the ability to delete individual messages and move messages from one inquiry to another.

Go into any inquiry detail then click on the View message thread link. This will take you to the Messages page. Now expand any message and you'll see the two buttons at the far right of the message body. Once button allows you to move a message while the other deletes the message from the threa.

Feeds dashboard

We've just released an upgrade to the Tokeet Alerts called Tokeet Feeds. Feeds will allow you to see the steady stream of messages coming into your account, pin messages at the top of your feed, or remove messages from your feed. The new feeds dashboard also shows you an activity feed with notes for new inquiries, bookings, invoice payments, and more. So now you'll have a comprehensive view of all the activities happening in your account and be able to coordinate responses to guests across your team.

We hope that this new feeds page will help those accounts with many users that need to coordinate tasks. The feeds dashboard is accessible from the top right menu bar where Alerts used to be.

Rental Tags

You may now add tags to your rentals to help describe and filter your rentals on your rental calendars. You can add as many tags as you like and of course add the same tags to multiple rentals. To add tags simply go to your rental settings in Tokeet and click on the yellow setup button on the Basic Information page.

You will now see an option to filter your rental calendars based on tags. So if you have hundreds of rentals organizing and managing your rentals just got a lot easier.

Multi Calendar

We're excited to release the first version of the Tokeet Multi-Calendar. We believe this new calendar better represents the many bookings of large numbers of rentals. It is cleaner, clearer, and comes with some neat features like availability searching, tag filtering, and more. We are confident that this will become a favorite among our power users and those users who have many rentals.

Our other calendars, the Standard, Planning, and Agenda calendars will remain available and you may switch between calendars as you wish. However, the Multi-Calendar will now be the main calendar in Tokeet. You will see the new Multi-Calendar upon logging into your Tokeet account.
