Happy New Year. Below is a quick overview of January updates 

Updated: We have added Created By column in the Expenses module

Updated: We have added the following additional information to the inquiry feed

  1. Guest secondary email
  2. Guest phone
  3. Guest address

Updated: Forgot password link now expire after a user has reset their password

Updated: We have added a grace period banner if card payment fails

Updated: On invoices, at the bottom right we have added additional lines to Itemize. Vat Total, Net Total (Without vat) and Gross Total (Including Vat) 

Updated: We have added a new landing page that confirms verification when the user clicks on the email verification link

Updated: On Dashboard, we have added an entry in Activity Feed when someone adds/deletes a hold event 

Updated: We have added Safely company to Tokeet/Sympl integrations page on the website 

Updated: We have provided the ability to colour code hold events just like bookings 

Updated: We have updated the rental requirement from 5 to 15 for connecting with Holidu

Updated: For Vrbo and Marriott users shouldn't be able to connect if Stripe is not connected as a payment gateway

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the mobile app was not working for iPhone 14 Pro Max 

Fixed: We are now showing guest secondary email addresses in the downloaded CSV file

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the Total displays as 0 in the fired automation message when a booking is created from the Tokeet website 

Fixed: We have fixed an Agenda calendar issue where Notes should be highlighted/unhighlighted without a refresh 

Fixed: We have provided the facility to disconnect the last payment gateway even if it is set as default

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where If the apply booking fee is unchecked while creating a booking, tax should not be applied to that Fee

 Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the page gets stuck when you click on the notifications icon

Fixed: For Rentals United we have fixed an issue  where values under the connection status table and Activity Logs don't update 

Fixed: Under User Settings, users shouldn't be able to type characters in the Phone field

TV3 UPDATES | October 01 - October 31 2022

In the month of October, we made some updates to the application to improve functionality and UI/UX along with fixing bugs. Below is a quick overview of these updates 

Updated: We have provided the facility to update existing guest details when converting hold events to bookings

Updated: When events overlap now we show a tooltip which shows info on all overlapping events 

Updated: Provided ability to upload PDF files while adding expenses

Updated: Under Account Info, we now trim any spaces at the start or end of the Invoice No Prefix field

Updated: We have added a tooltip for the Invoice No Prefix field

Updated: Under Messages disabled Add Quote checkbox for Airbnb and Booking.com bookings

Updated: When a user adds their first payment gateway it should be automatically set to default

Updated: Under Rental Gallery we have added columns for Category and Description in the Image list view

Updated: We have made an update where under Channel Details holidu active listings should display at the end of the list

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the invoice wasn't automatically marked as Paid if Charge Invoice is checked and the invoice gets charged successfully

Fixed: We have fixed an issue with notifications where the user is getting notifications (built-in notifications, under the Bell icon in the top right corner) that the contract has been signed by the guest when it isn't

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where today's standard rates are not being pushed to channels

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the application crashes when you click on a Vrbo booking

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where Group Rates are not being recognized by the interstitial results page



Changes coming to Inquiry Data Feed

To better facilitate our customers we will be updating our inquiry data feed to include additional information. The following additional information will be available with inquiry data feeds

  1. Guest secondary email
  2. Guest phone
  3. Guest address
  4. Number of nights

Also, we have removed the below filter and replaced it with the Status dropdown. Now you can download confirmed bookings, cancellations, and inquiries using the Status filter.


The purpose of this post is to make you aware of this change so that you can modify your workflows when the change goes live on Dec 01, 2022.
