Signature Updates | January 6, 2022

Happy New Year! We have made a number of updates and bug fixes this month, including:

Updated: Multiple files can now be uploaded at once in order to create a template, or use Sign or Send. The uploaded files will be merged together into a single document in the editor, based on a merge order that you can set. Learn more about it here.

Updated: A groups column has been added to the Inbox page, to allow inbox documents to be sorted by their associated groups. To view this column, you will need to first edit the column headers. Learn more about it here.

Updated: An ALL types filter has been added to the Templates page, to match the Inbox page.

Updated: When creating a group with the same name as an existing group, a number will be added to the end to differentiate the new group from the original group.

Updated: Documents can now be added to groups in bulk on the Inbox page, using the Change Group feature found under the Actions button.

Updated: User access controls have been expanded with 2 new options to allow the specified user to view all items on the Templates and/or Inbox pages.

Fixed: Drag-and-drop functionality on the Templates page was not working for some accounts. This issue has been fixed.

Fixed: Filter counts were showing incorrectly depending on the user access settings. This issue has been fixed.

Fixed: Translation errors have been corrected.

TOKEET UPDATES | December 06 - December 31 2021

We have made some updates in the application to improve UI/UX along with fixing bugs. Below is a quick overview of these updates 

Updated: Added Rental Ready dot in Rentals and Calendar module

Fixed: We have fixed an issue with the Type filter in the Channels module

Fixed: We have fixed a few issues related to BDC messaging API

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where quote details are not matching with booking charges

Fixed: Fixed a few issues related to the Tokeet website

Fixed: We have fixed an issue with inquiry and interstitial widget where correct year doesn't show in the checkout calendar popup

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where invoice rules don't show in the invoice template overlay

Fixed: We have fixed an issue with invoices where users in GMT -6 time zone are seeing different "Invoice Date" is list and detail view


Owner Center Updates | January 4, 2022

Updated: Added a button ‘Back to tokeet’ at the top right below the username.

Updated: [Portal] Added an arrow under the 'calendar' section to know there's a drop-down menu.

Fixed: [Invoices] When there was no payout rule, the payout field in the invoice used to describe “Manually entered amount”. Renamed the tooltip text to “No payout rule was selected”.

Fixed: [Invoices] Payable amount was not correct if a user added a Fee to the booking. This has been fixed.

Fixed: [Booking] [Owner Portal] Booking Total used to show the previous amount if a user changed the base charge of the booking in TV3. This issue has been fixed.

Owner Center Updates | December 30, 2021

Updated: Booking revenue is more important than the inquiry amounts. So, we have made ‘'Bookings' the default option on the Reports page. Previously, the default option was 'Inquires'. 

Updated: [Invoices] When the user hovers on the payable amount it displays a breakdown on the tooltip. 

Fixed: [Booking] Booking Total used to show the previous amount if a user changed the base charge of the booking in TV3. This issue has been fixed.

Owner Center Updates | December 22, 2021

Updated: Added the "Channel" Column as an option to download the bookings. Channel Column was not present as an option while downloading the booking earlier.

Fixed: [Bookings] If a user had downloaded bookings then the file was not showing all the bookings due to a special character in the guest name. This has been fixed.

Signature Updates | December 13, 2021

We have made a number of updates and bug fixes this month, including:

Updated: The new Snap-To-Alignment tool has been added, to make it easier to align fields in your templates and documents. Learn more about it here.

Updated: User access controls have been added to the user and group settings. You can now control who can view specific content in your account. Learn more about it here.

Updated: The old version of the UI has been phased out, and you will no longer be able to switch to it on the Settings page.

Fixed: Translation errors have been corrected.

Fixed: Display issues related to some language translations have been corrected.

Fixed: A typo in the success notification email has been corrected.

Fixed: The edit menu on the Templates page was clipping through the bottom of the dashboard.

Fixed: There was an issue with some audit trails that prevented some documents from being marked as completed. This issue has been fixed.

TOKEET UPDATES | November 08 - December 03 2021

We have made some updates in the application to improve UX along with fixing bugs. Below is a quick overview of these updates

Updated: Ability to add Bathrooms value in quarters like 1, 1.25, 1.5 and 2.0

Updated: In the Channels module we have added the suffix "iCal" to "Imported/Exported" values in the Type column

Updated: In Rentals modules, we have added "Private Rooms" as an option in the Rental Type dropdown

Fixed: We have fixed an issue related to user permissions e.g. checkbox for enabling Automata is now only available to the Property Manager role

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the CLOSE ACCOUNT button on the Billing Info screen was breaking on Mac Safari when the user exit fullscreen

TV3 UPDATES | Dec 06 - 10, 2021

Bug Fixes:

Min nights of Pricelabs rates are not being applied on booking engine

[Channels] Export and import options in the Type filter does not yield any results

[Payments] Boxes for all gateways should be of same size

BDC messages are showing twice in Tokeet

Messages sent through Tokeet & Automata triggers are not showing in BDC

Booking.com messages disappear on page refresh. Also, messages are not going to Booking.com

[Booking.com] When we send the message to the guest, They  are not appearing in the thread

[Inquiries] Update Booking Charges not working properly


New Features:

[Booking Fees] Show the error message upfront so that it is clear to the users why they are not able to save booking fee


VRBO:

VRBO Last Sync column sort is not working

[Vrbo] "FIX IT" doesn't show always

[VRBO] If company name is not filled we should show an asterisk to indicate it's a required field
