Rategenie is now integrated with OwnerRez! 🎉

We’ve joined forces with OwnerRez!

OwnerRez is internationally recognized as a leader in the vacation rental industry for channel management, CRM, PM, accounting, messaging and websites. Rategenie is now integrated with OwnerRez and is able to generate rates for this PMS. OwnerRez users can use these rates for their bookings and rentals by connecting with Rategenie and syncing rates.

After successfully connecting, Rategenie will send rates and minimum stay requirements for two years from today.

Signature Updates | September 26, 2022

We have made a number of updates and bug fixes this quarter, including:

Updated: The contact data field behaviors for forms and contracts have now been merged. Forms can now display designated contact fields as read-only, and contracts can now retrieve contact details from designated contact fields. Learn more about it here.

Updated: When signing into a user account that does not have a phone number saved, a popup will appear requesting that a phone number be added to the account.

Fixed: When sending templates that contained a rental or inquiry data field, the Assigned Booking field was not showing the guest booking in the search results. This issue has been fixed.

Rategenie is now integrated with Lodgify!

We are excited to introduce our integration with Lodgify, allowing you to sync your Rategenie rates to this PMS!

Lodgify is a centralized property management system to manage calendars, bookings, rates and payments for all your properties. Rategenie is now integrated with Lodgify and is able to generate rates for this PMS. Lodgify users can use these rates for their bookings and rentals by connecting with Rategenie and syncing rates.

Once synced, Rategenie will send rates and minimum stay requirements for two years into the future.

We’re happy to announce our integration with Zeevou, the first of many exciting integrations to come!

Rategenie Updates | September 1, 2022

We have released the following updates:

1- We have redesigned our Integration page and added different PMS options there
2- We have updated our Listings page to adjust more PMS integration connections on that page. 

Owner Center Updates | July 22, 2021

We have made some tweaks in Owner Center and provided users with the facility to select Booking Formula Total and Booking Total (Earlier it was only Booking Total).
If Booking Total is selected:  Calculations will be performed on basis of Booking Total.
If Booking Formula Total is selected: Calculations will be performed on basis of Booking Formula Total and if Booking Formula is not specified then Booking Total will be used.


We have also made some UI/UX changes. Following changes have been deployed to production

Updated: While creating payout rules ability to select Booking Formula Total along with Booking Total

Updated: Payout rules, moved status toggle to the top

Updated: Added "Exclude from invoice" checkbox with each line item

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where Marriott logo was broken on owner multi calendar
