TV3 UPDATES | July 01 - July 31 2022

We have made some updates to the application to improve functionality and UI/UX along with fixing bugs. Below is a quick overview of these updates 

Updated: We have rolled out per rental pricing for TV3

Updated: We have released API integration with Holidu

Updated: In the Users module we are showing apostrophes in case the email address is long

Updated: We have added the booking source in the Inbox view

Updated: We have added the "Apply Invoice Template" option in the inbox view

Updated: We have made a change where when an admin user of a paying (not trial) account logs in to the Channel Manager and either their phone number or the account phone number is not populated they will see a popup to enter them

Updated: We have added a channel field on the Booking Fees popup so you can specify which fee should apply on which channel bookings

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where Discount, and Fees do not appear on Auto generated invoice

Fixed: We have fixed an issue with auto invoicing where the fee set on the template level is causing the fee set on the Rental level to appear twice

Fixed: We have fixed an issue with auto invoicing where a huge fee amount gets added to generated invoice automatically

TV3 UPDATES | Aug 01 - 05, 2022

[Booking Fees] As a TV3 user, I would like to determine which fees added to the rentals should be applicable for which bookings

Owner Center Updates | July 22, 2021

We have made some tweaks in Owner Center and provided users with the facility to select Booking Formula Total and Booking Total (Earlier it was only Booking Total).
If Booking Total is selected:  Calculations will be performed on basis of Booking Total.
If Booking Formula Total is selected: Calculations will be performed on basis of Booking Formula Total and if Booking Formula is not specified then Booking Total will be used.


We have also made some UI/UX changes. Following changes have been deployed to production

Updated: While creating payout rules ability to select Booking Formula Total along with Booking Total

Updated: Payout rules, moved status toggle to the top

Updated: Added "Exclude from invoice" checkbox with each line item

Fixed: We have fixed an issue where Marriott logo was broken on owner multi calendar

Signature Updates | July 21, 2022

We have made a number of updates and bug fixes this quarter, including:

Updated: A custom signing order can be set on templates and documents. This allows users to specify the order that the template or document must be completed by all the signers. Learn more about it here.

Updated: In order to improve security, new users are now required to verify their email address, once the user has been created.

Updated: The custom branding logo is now displayed larger on the success page that displays after a document has been signed, for increased visibility.

Updated: When sending templates or documents to signers manually, you can now designate specific text fields to be filled in manually before sending. This will allow you to insert read-only text into the field, and it will be displayed when the signer opens the document for signing. Learn more about it here.

Updated: Slight color modifications made to the template editor, in order to make select fields and signers more clearly visible.

Updated: Japanese translations have been added to the list of language options in the language menu. Learn more about it here.

Updated: Updated the photo ID request pop-up to mention 3 forms of national ID: passport, state ID, and driver's license.

Fixed: For long templates and documents, some fields were misaligned further down the document. This issue has been fixed.

Fixed: When sending templates with a Booking Confirmed trigger, the inquiry cost field was sometimes showing a value of 0. This issue has been fixed.

Fixed: The password reset email was being sent without a working link. This issue has been fixed.

Fixed: Deleted documents were appearing on the Documents tab of the Contact details overlay. This issue has been fixed.

Fixed: Contact fields in forms were displaying the word “Contact” twice. This issue has been fixed.

Fixed: The Preview button in the template editor was returning an error when it tried to open. This issue has been fixed.

Fixed: Translation errors have been corrected in the registration wizard.

2022 TV3 Pricing Change

When Tokeet entered the market in 2016 we wanted to show that it was possible to deliver a high-quality software suite at a fraction of the cost being charged by other providers. Our success with that approach attracted many competitors to the market, and we recently conducted an analysis of how our prices compare to those competitors.

On July 25th, 2022 we will be changing our Tokeet channel manager prices to be more in line with the rest of the industry, allowing us to invest more into the product. Many of you will be happy to hear that we are switching to a per-rental pricing model, and there will be declining per unit prices in each tier as you grow. This change removes any feature restrictions within the product such that every account may access all features.

We will also provide yearly plans at a 20% discount for those who wish to save on their subscriptions.
