Signature Updates | January 6, 2022

Happy New Year! We have made a number of updates and bug fixes this month, including:

Updated: Multiple files can now be uploaded at once in order to create a template, or use Sign or Send. The uploaded files will be merged together into a single document in the editor, based on a merge order that you can set. Learn more about it here.

Updated: A groups column has been added to the Inbox page, to allow inbox documents to be sorted by their associated groups. To view this column, you will need to first edit the column headers. Learn more about it here.

Updated: An ALL types filter has been added to the Templates page, to match the Inbox page.

Updated: When creating a group with the same name as an existing group, a number will be added to the end to differentiate the new group from the original group.

Updated: Documents can now be added to groups in bulk on the Inbox page, using the Change Group feature found under the Actions button.

Updated: User access controls have been expanded with 2 new options to allow the specified user to view all items on the Templates and/or Inbox pages.

Fixed: Drag-and-drop functionality on the Templates page was not working for some accounts. This issue has been fixed.

Fixed: Filter counts were showing incorrectly depending on the user access settings. This issue has been fixed.

Fixed: Translation errors have been corrected.

Signature Updates | December 13, 2021

We have made a number of updates and bug fixes this month, including:

Updated: The new Snap-To-Alignment tool has been added, to make it easier to align fields in your templates and documents. Learn more about it here.

Updated: User access controls have been added to the user and group settings. You can now control who can view specific content in your account. Learn more about it here.

Updated: The old version of the UI has been phased out, and you will no longer be able to switch to it on the Settings page.

Fixed: Translation errors have been corrected.

Fixed: Display issues related to some language translations have been corrected.

Fixed: A typo in the success notification email has been corrected.

Fixed: The edit menu on the Templates page was clipping through the bottom of the dashboard.

Fixed: There was an issue with some audit trails that prevented some documents from being marked as completed. This issue has been fixed.

Introducing the New Webready Editor!


The new Website Editor - flexible design, more options and easier to use!


The updated Editor offers a cleaner look, a design that makes accessing different sections easier and also provides more features and functionality.

Menu items such as SEO and custom code are now separated on their own tabs in the navigation pane. There’s also an SEO option to now apply the settings on a rental level. All Settings boxes can be moved, resized or pinned to the sidebar, and allow you to view the changes on the page as you update the settings.

We’ve even added a new custom code component that can be placed on pages, so you can add just about anything such as external reviews and videos!

There’s also new options to display a Policy Consent Checkbox and Cookies Consent Popup to your website visitors.

Signature Updates | November 8, 2021

We have made a number of updates and bug fixes this month, including:


Updated: Signature can now be used in the following languages: Spanish, German, Italian, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, English. Learn more here.

Updated: When deleting a template, any associated automations in Signature, or triggers in Automata will be deleted. This will remove the need to manually clean up automations and triggers lists.

Updated: The switch UI banner has been moved to the Settings page, for any users who still wish to use the old UI.

Fixed: The tags field was not showing all the assigned tags correctly. This has been fixed.

Fixed: The edit menu was sometimes opening at the bottom of the page. This has been fixed.

Fixed: The Remember Me checkbox on the login page was not opening the Save Password dialog correctly. This has been fixed.

Signature Updates | October 26, 2021

We have made a number of updates and bug fixes this month, including:

Updated: A new tab called Documents has been added to the contact details overlay. This will show all documents that are associated with the specified contact.

Updated: Access to the billing page is now restricted to administrators only. This change was made thanks to user feedback.

Fixed: For displays running at lower resolutions, the Settings menu was not fully visible. This has been corrected.

Webready Updates | October 25, 2021

We have made a number of updates and bug fixes, including:  

Updated: Added a list view for hold events. There needs to be a hold events list, and the ability to bulk delete 100 at a time.

Updated: As a WR user, when making a booking, the required field error message is more prominent now.

Updated: Added an ability to hide the address on the Book Now page.

Updated: Custom Amenities are now visible on the Amenities popup under the Properties page.

Updated: Added City & Country fields on the Add Flight Popup in the messaging addon. 

Updated: Added an ability to add 1.5 or 2.5 bathrooms in the rentals

Updated: Included hyperlinks when editing text on pages. The user wanted the ability to include hyperlinks when editing text on pages. He was trying to send visitors to a video in the first paragraph and the link he has given was not a hyperlink.

Updated: We have updated the design of all the sections of Editor and now the new UI is similar to the Dashboard. Users will be landing on the new editor directly. Learn more about it here.

Updated: Renamed Guest role to Contact and Administrator role to User in eDocuments.

Updated: In eDocuments, we had Passport Required & National ID Required. Whereas, Signature templates have Selfie Required & Government ID Required, so we removed Passport Required and will add Selfie Required.

Updated: Invoice created and Invoice Paid triggers are missing in eDocuments. We have added these now.

Updated: We are now displaying a Webready Overview video on the dashboard when there is no website.

Updated: So after syncing from Tokeet to Webready is completed. We are showing an indicator now on the republish button to state that the site need to republish so the changes can be reflected.

Updated: Added “Policy Consent” Checkbox option to Inquiry Form, Contact Form, Booking Form settings.

Updated: We have set up the activity logs section to capture and show any changes that are made to any website.

Updated: The manual SEO changes were not saving for specific pages.This is now supported in Editor V2. Users can edit SEO settings for individual rental for rental specific pages (i.e: Rental Details page, Booking page)

Updated: Added Invoice Settings page with the option for turning on auto-add sales to booking invoice (manual invoice). When this option is enabled and a user creates a new booking invoice, associated sales will be added to invoice line items automatically.

Updated: Added cookie consent popup on the editor. Users will be able to enable a cookie consent popup to display to website visitors, along with some customization options.

Fixed: Website Name was going to the next section on the Select Domains popup. This issue has been resolved.

Fixed: User was unable to add a flat amount greater than 100 in the Tax and Fee section. his issue has been resolved.

Fixed: For editable text, putting a text that is HTML code would make it rendered as HTML in preview / live website, thought within editor it displays the text as it is. We had disabled this unexpected behavior.

Fixed: Guest role was not translated on the creation & prepare section of eDocuments. This issue has been resolved.

Fixed: Page used to crash after switching the language on the Prepare page under eDocuments. This issue has been resolved.

Fixed: Activity Logs of Messaging addon were not translated. This issue has been resolved.

Fixed: Country Name was not saved when editing website company address. Hence country was not displayed in the website address on the website. This issue has been resolved.

Webready Updates | October 25, 2021

We have made a number of updates and bug fixes, including:

Fix:  [Invoice Rule] Backend values were displayed when a user creates a condition.

Fix:  [Multi Language] [Automations] Message Editor tooltips are now translated.

Update: A help video for Webready Sync has been added.

Update: [Websites] Min and max nights are now displayed on the Availability Calendar.

Fix: [Website Notifcations] Don't show the notification icon for unpublished changes if the website is moved to Trash.

Fix: [Websites] Websites list should also show the unpublished websites in black and white.

Fix: [Plan Downgrading] Allow users to cancel downgrading with no credit card in account.

Update: [Billing Info] Display a dummy eDocuments subscription when there is an Active subscription.

Webready New Feature: Webready Messaging



Keeping up with your guest messages within Webready or while on the go is now possible!. We’ve even added message templates, email notifications and spam filters.

Webready Messaging will streamline the communication between you and your guests. Messages from your contact forms, inquiries and bookings will now be available in a messages inbox, allowing you to reply directly in Webready.

You can create pre-defined templates to use in your replies and set up email notifications so you’re alerted when you get new messages. Your email notifications also allow you to reply directly from your email, so you can keep on top of your messages while you’re on the move.

The introduction of a new spam filter feature also allows you to set conditions that will flag messages as spam so they are separated from your other messages and placed in a spam folder where you can review. This powerful feature puts you in control!

Signature Updates | October 4, 2021

We have made a number of updates and bug fixes this month, including:


Updated: If a signer tries to open a document that is already completed, they will now be taken to a landing page that explains why they can not edit the document further.

Updated: The billing info page can only be accessed by administrator users.

Fixed: If a contact uploaded a bad image file, the document could not be marked as completed. This issue has been resolved.

Fixed: The automation count in the sidebar was showing the incorrect number of automations for some accounts.

Webready New Feature: Rental Auto Sync



Have you ever made a change to your rental in Tokeet/Sympl and forgot to update it in Webready or vice versa? Maybe you’ve updated your rentals but forgot you need to republish your website.

 We’ve updated the Rental Sync options in Webready to allow you to easily sync your rental changes, with a manual and auto-sync option. You’ll also be alerted of rentals with pending syncs as well as websites that need to be republished to reflect your updates.

The manual sync option gives you full control of which rental changes you want updated and you choose the direction of the sync (from Tokeet to Webready or from Webready to Tokeet).

If you prefer not having to sync changes yourself, you can simply configure your auto sync settings for your rentals. This will automatically update the rentals based on the direction you select. You can even have changes synced in both directions, so regardless of which app was updated, your rentals always contain the same information.
