Webready New Feature: Webready Messaging



Keeping up with your guest messages within Webready or while on the go is now possible!. We’ve even added message templates, email notifications and spam filters.

Webready Messaging will streamline the communication between you and your guests. Messages from your contact forms, inquiries and bookings will now be available in a messages inbox, allowing you to reply directly in Webready.

You can create pre-defined templates to use in your replies and set up email notifications so you’re alerted when you get new messages. Your email notifications also allow you to reply directly from your email, so you can keep on top of your messages while you’re on the move.

The introduction of a new spam filter feature also allows you to set conditions that will flag messages as spam so they are separated from your other messages and placed in a spam folder where you can review. This powerful feature puts you in control!

Webready New Feature: Rental Auto Sync



Have you ever made a change to your rental in Tokeet/Sympl and forgot to update it in Webready or vice versa? Maybe you’ve updated your rentals but forgot you need to republish your website.

 We’ve updated the Rental Sync options in Webready to allow you to easily sync your rental changes, with a manual and auto-sync option. You’ll also be alerted of rentals with pending syncs as well as websites that need to be republished to reflect your updates.

The manual sync option gives you full control of which rental changes you want updated and you choose the direction of the sync (from Tokeet to Webready or from Webready to Tokeet).

If you prefer not having to sync changes yourself, you can simply configure your auto sync settings for your rentals. This will automatically update the rentals based on the direction you select. You can even have changes synced in both directions, so regardless of which app was updated, your rentals always contain the same information.

WEBREADY - TWO-WAY RENTAL SYNC



Need a way to keep track and sync rental changes between Webready and Tokeet? The Rental Sync options now allow you to sync changes in either direction.

With this update, you will be able to manually sync your rentals from Tokeet to Webready or from Webready to Tokeet, whether you added rentals, updated or deleted them. Visual indicators in your rental section will let you know if there are rental changes available to be synced.

Quickly choose which updates you will like to be synced and have the changes made with one click!

Introducing: Webready Upsells!

Why not make more from your bookings? With Webready Upsells, maximizing your profits is very easy.

Webready Upsells allow you to offer your guest additional options and services that they can purchase and take advantage of during their stay. Customize exactly which bookings will have which upsells, specify how you will charge for the upsell, add images and videos to appeal to your guests and even choose at what point guests will see the upsells when booking on your website. 

Quickly view your Upsells dashboard for an overview of your revenue earned, top performing upsells and more. The Sales section allows you to see upsells transactions and even add a new upsell sale for a new or existing booking, directly in Webready!

INTRODUCING: WEBREADY EDOCUMENT


Need to send documents to your guests or have them sign a contract and provide their ID? The Webready eDocuments app makes it very easy to create, organize and retrieve important legal documents.

Quickly get customized, secure, and legally binding signatures from your guests for your most important short-term rental agreements. You can collect pre-checkin information via electronic forms and have guests upload pictures of their ID or other credentials directly online.

You’ll be able to upload documents in various formats to create contracts, documents and forms. An intuitive, graphical interface lets you prepare the templates for signing and you can easily monitor the status of all sent templates with easy-to-use filters, and an informative inbox.

INTRODUCING: WEBREADY BOOKING FORM SETTINGS


Ever wanted to make changes to your booking form to influence your guest experience during the booking process? The new Booking Form Settings allow you to customize the booking form to have a more unique look and feel, while also allowing you to show and hide fields and choose formatting options.

We’ve also included Booking Form Presets which are predefined booking form templates. You can simply select one and use it as is, or tweak the settings a bit to suit you better. Adjust the Booking Form Settings to finetune the layout & booking steps, colours, input options and much more.

INTRODUCING: WEBREADY INVOICING

 


Generating invoices and getting paid for your website bookings has never been easier. Not to mention you can schedule when your invoices should be sent automatically!


Webready Invoicing is an incredibly useful tool that will save you the time and hassle of creating and sending invoices for each booking. Your nightly cost, fees and discounts will all be automatically populated in an invoice template for you, which you can customize further.

Quickly create invoice templates that can be used for multiple invoice rules. Your invoice rules let you specify whether you will automatically charge the guest, send them the invoice or mark the invoice as paid, based on the booking event or timeline you choose.

Once you’ve set this up you can just sit back and have your payments handled for you!

INTRODUCING: WEBREADY AIRBNB CONNECTOR



One of our primary goals was to provide Airbnb hosts with beautiful websites for their listings, allowing them to get more direct bookings and pay less booking fees. You can do just that with the Airbnb Connector!

With the Webready Airbnb Connector you will be able to link your Airbnb account to your website, exposing your rentals to a wider audience of potential guests and resulting in more bookings!
