RENTAL RATES FILTER

We've added a filter to the rental rates so that you may select to show rates of a specific category only. This helps if you have lots of rates and want to edit a set category. The filter will hide rates from any other category which leaves you with a cleaner and less confusing table to manage.

REPORTING BUG

We've fixed a few reporting bugs. There was an error in the calculation of utilization across multiple rentals. Also, please note that revenue is attributed to the month a booking starts. So, if a booking spans two or more months, all revenue will be attributed to the first month. Finally, all rental-related metrics will use the current count of rentals in your account. So, utilization calculations are based on the current count of rentals and do not consider when a rental was actually added to your account and available for rent. This will cause the numbers to be off if you frequently add/remove rentals throughout the year.

GUEST DETAILS - EMAIL EDITING


We've changed the UI component used to edit a guest email. The previous component was confusing and unintuitive. We're now using a simply pop-up which allows your to add multiple emails for a guest and designate the primary email. Primary emails are used when communicating to guests.

INVOICE BRANDING

We've added a new feature in the Custom Branding settings which allows you to brand your Tokeet invoice. You can change the logo which appears on your invoices by selecting an image from your File Cabinet or uploading a new image. We will be rolling out more branding options in the future. If you have a request, please let us know.

GUEST DETAILS

We've updated the guest details page and moved most of the tables into a new tabbed panel UI component. This makes the page a lot cleaner and easier to manage, which is always our goal. We like the tabs and you'll probably see more of it across Tokeet going forward.

ADVANCED RATE MANAGEMENT

We've just released an upgraded rate management system with powerful features that allow you to get the most revenue from your rental. These features are intended to give you the power and flexibility that hotels and airlines have, but still keep things simple. Other PMS systems are offering these features as add-ons or upgrades to the base subscription. We're including our advanced rate management features as part of our core product. This means that even the free accounts have access to every single feature.


The features include:

  • Promotional rates which allow you to override your long-term rental rates for shot promotions or discounts.
  • Dynamic rates which can change, increase and decrease, dynamically as your availability changes.
  • Rate Mappings which allow you to quickly and easily update the rates on all of your connected channels with one click.
  • Automatic Rate Synchronization which allows your dynamic rates to be automatically pushed to your connected channels as your availability changes.

SMS AND HTTP TRIGGERS

We've just released an improvement to the Tokeet Trigger feature which allows users to send SMS messages when an event occurs. This new feature adds to the existing ability to send email messages when an event occurs. For more detail about using SMS with Tokeet Triggers click here.

DUPLICATE RATES

We've just made rates management a little bit easier with the ability to duplicate rates within a rental. Need to create a new rate for a different category which is similar to an existing rate? No problem, just duplicate the existing rate!

MOVE MESSAGES ACROSS INQUIRIES

We've spent a lot of time ensuring that email messages from guests get routed to the correct inquiry. We've implemented the same algorithm used by Gmail and other email clients and it works great. I would say that 99.99% of the time we get it correct. However, sometimes you may be messaging a guest across a few of their email accounts or multiple guests about the same booking and you need to move a message from one inquiry to another. Well now we've added the ability to delete individual messages and move messages from one inquiry to another.

Go into any inquiry detail then click on the View message thread link. This will take you to the Messages page. Now expand any message and you'll see the two buttons at the far right of the message body. Once button allows you to move a message while the other deletes the message from the thread.
