We're excited to announce that you can now push rates and availability for multiple rentals and channels at the same time, from anywhere within the Tokeet platform!


After logging in, simply click on the house icon at the top right of the menu bar, to the left of the notifications bell.

Go to Channels and click on the PUSH ALL RATES & AVAILABILITY button.

Select the channels and their connected listings you wish to update then either push rates or availability.

We have made some updates in the application to improve UI/UX along with fixing bugs. Below is a quick overview of these updates

Genie Strategy is Now 10X Better!


The Rategenie team has been working hard to make our pricing algorithms, and your rates, even better. We are super excited to announce the New Genie Strategy which generates even better results and increased revenue for our property managers.

Initial tests have shown up to a 20% lift over the existing Genie Strategy.

After logging in to the application, simply go to the Strategies section and select the new Genie Strategy option when creating or updating a strategy.

Updated: Ability to add Bathrooms value in quarters like 1, 1.25, 1.5 and 2.0

Updated: In the Channels module we have added the suffix "iCal" to "Imported/Exported" values in the Type column

Fixed: We have fixed an issue related to user permissions e.g. checkbox for enabling Automata is now only available to the Property Manager role

SYSTEM DOWNTIME, MARCH 9, 2020

Dear Tokeet Customers,

Today we experienced a production outage that interrupted many Tokeet services for a good part of the day. This outage was due to issues that surfaced during routine database maintenance and has since been resolved. Our plan was to conduct this maintenance seamlessly, without any interruption of service as we have done successfully in the past, however today was an exception.

This is an unprecedented failure that we know is unworthy of both our history and your trust. We apologize for the outage and the disruption to your business. At this time, we are focusing our efforts on finding and recovering from any and all lingering issues resulting from this outage. As of now, all Tokeet services have been fully restored and you can continue to use Tokeet as normal.

Please check this page for new developments and any required manual actions that may be required of you. You can access the Tokeet Community using your Tokeet Channel Manager credentials.
