Tokeet Mobile App Fixes

  • [Trip.com Logo Display Fix – Limited Scope]
    Resolved an issue where the Trip.com logo was not appearing alongside bookings. This fix has been deployed to a limited set of accounts to verify correct branding display.

  • [Airbnb Messaging via Tokeet – Partial Fix]
    Addressed an issue where guest replies sent from the Tokeet Mobile App were not delivered to Airbnb guests for a select group of users and listings. Message delivery has been restored now.

Margins Improvements

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and responsiveness, we’ve addressed a number of issues reported by a few users in specific scenarios. These updates help ensure a smoother, more reliable experience across the platform.

  1. Dashboard Occupancy Percentage
    Occupancy percentages were appearing incorrectly for rentals and channels in few filter conditions. This has now been fixed.

  2. Expenses vs. Profit & Loss Totals
    For some large accounts, the totals in the Expenses section and the Profit & Loss report were not matching. The discrepancy has been resolved.

  3. Earning Report – Booking Formula Calculation
    The Booking Formula results in the Earning Report appeared incorrect in certain scenarios. This has been addressed.

  4. Invoices Report – Inquiry ID Column Added
    An Inquiry ID column has been added to the Invoices Report for better traceability and reference.

  5. Earning Report – Total Revenue Option Added
    A new option to display Total Revenue has been added to the Earning Report.

  6. Expense Report – Booking Fee Total
    The total for Booking Fees in the Expense Report was shown incorrectly for some users. This is now corrected.

  7. Improved Data Loading Performance
    Data loading has been optimized, especially for accounts with large datasets, resulting in faster performance.

  8. Monthly Taxes Report – Incorrect Totals
    Total columns in Monthly Taxes reports were showing incorrect values for a few users. This has been fixed.

  9. Recurring Expenses Missing
    In some cases, recurring expenses were not appearing in the Expense Report. The issue has been resolved.

  10. Booking Formula Creation – Overlapped Months Error
    When creating the first Booking Formula, some users encountered an error about overlapping months. This has now been fixed.

With Zapier Zaps, you can:

✔ Improve workflow efficiency with hands-free automation

Introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Tokeet

We’ve added Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to keep your Tokeet accounts even safer! 

Here’s what you can do with it:

  • Admin Control: Admins can require MFA for their team to boost security.

  • User Flexibility: Each user can turn MFA on or off.

  • Multiple Options: Choose from Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or a One-Time Password (TOTP) via an app.

TV3 Improvements | June 2024

As part of our continued efforts to enhance functionality and user experience, the following new fixes and improvements have been introduced:

  • Price Breakdown for Expedia Bookings
    A detailed price breakdown is now available for Expedia bookings, providing more transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.

  • VRBO Tax Not Showing on General Invoice Template
    VRBO tax details were missing when generating a General Invoice template. This has now been corrected.

  • ABB Reviews – Data Not Updating on Property Change
    When selecting a different Property ID from the ABB Reviews dropdown, data was not updating. This issue has been resolved.

  • Invoice Status Not Updating to Paid
    Attempting to change an invoice status to "Paid" had no effect for some users. The issue is now fixed.

  • ABB Inquiry Not Imported into Tokeet
    ABB inquiries were not being imported into Tokeet as expected. This import issue has been addressed and fixed.

We’ve introduced new features and resolved several issues to enhance performance, stability, and usability across the platform.

    Improved the performance and loading speed of the multi-calendar, especially for accounts with a large number of properties.

  • Trip.com API Integration
    Trip.com is now integrated as a supported API channel, allowing you to sync rates, availability, and bookings directly.

  • Trip.com Help Articles Added
    Helpful documentation and support links for Trip.com integration are now available within the app.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Airbnb Inquiry Duplication
    Previously, when an Airbnb guest confirmed a booking, a new record was incorrectly created. Now the existing inquiry is properly updated and marked as confirmed.

  • Canceled Airbnb Bookings Still Showing
    Resolved an issue where canceled Airbnb bookings remained visible on the calendar.

  • Arrival Dashboard Missing Data
    The Arrival Dashboard was not displaying all expected data. This has now been corrected.

  • Duplicate Airbnb Bookings
    Airbnb bookings were importing twice in some cases. The duplication issue has been resolved.

  • Upcoming Departures Missing
    Upcoming departures were not appearing correctly on the Dashboard. This issue has been fixed.

  • HTTPS Response Failure (Trip.com)
    Connecting to property IDs on Trip.com resulted in HTTPS response failures. This connection error has now been resolved.

  • Airbnb Rental Import Missing Details
    Importing a rental from Airbnb did not bring in images or listing details. This has been fixed.

  • Unable to Hide Airbnb Properties
    Users were unable to hide Airbnb properties from view. This is now working as expected.

  • Slow Rental Page Loading
    Addressed performance issues where the Rental Page loaded slowly, especially for larger accounts.

  • Rental Readiness Status Incorrect
    Rentals were showing as “Not Ready” (red dot) even though they were fully configured. This status is now displayed accurately.

    Users can now cancel ABB bookings even if the associated rental has been unlinked.

  • [Fixed] Restrict Special Characters in Name and Email Fields
    Special characters are no longer allowed in first name, last name, and email fields to prevent functionality issues.

  • [Fixed] Custom Branding Logo Update Not Working
    Fixed an issue where updating the logo under Custom Branding failed.

  • [Fixed] Tokeet Website Location Page
    The location page on the Tokeet website is now working correctly.

  • [Fixed] Billing Info Page Logout Issue
    Navigating to the Billing Info page no longer logs users out unexpectedly.

  • [Fixed] Amenities Not Saving on Rental Detail Section
    Amenity selections now save correctly on rental detail pages.

  • [Fixed] Read-Only User Password Change Issue
    Read-only users can now successfully change their passwords and receive change password emails.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • [Operto] Rental Not Removed After Disconnection
    Disconnecting a rental from Operto was not removing it from the list. This has been fixed.

  • Power Reporting Login Issue
    A user was unable to log in to Power Reporting. This access issue has now been resolved.

  • VRBO Fees Not Displaying
    VRBO fees were missing from relevant views. These are now correctly shown.

  • Facebook Sign-Up Not Working
    Users were unable to sign up via Facebook. This issue is now fixed.

  • [Inquiries] Airbnb Reviews Tab Backend Changes
    Updates made on the backend to improve data handling and compatibility for the Airbnb Reviews section.

  • Incorrect Booking Display on Calendar
    Some bookings were showing incorrectly on the Calendar. This has been corrected.
